Yes, the initial consultation is free of charge. For English-speaking customers it is conducted by email: send us your requirements and we will review them and propose a direction in writing — with no obligation and no pushy sales afterwards.
Absolutely. A list of part numbers (for example, HPE Aruba switches and access points with support contracts) is a perfect starting point. We will check availability and lead times through authorized distributors in Japan and return a formal quotation in English.
