Measured data for your office Wi-Fi — surveyed on site with Ekahau Sidekick 2.

We visit your site in Japan and measure signal strength, signal-to-noise ratio, and interference across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands using Ekahau Sidekick 2 and a spectrum analyzer. The results are visualized as heat maps on your floor plan, and we recommend the number and placement of access points based on the measured data. Reports are provided in English.

What the survey covers

On-site measurement with Ekahau Sidekick 2
Our engineer walks the floor with Ekahau Sidekick 2 and a spectrum analyzer, recording signal strength, signal-to-noise ratio, and noise in each of the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands.

Heat maps
Measurement data is mapped onto your floor plan, showing weak-signal areas, coverage overlap between access points, and adjacent-channel interference at a glance.

AP count and placement simulation
Using antenna libraries for major AP models (Cisco, HPE Aruba, EnGenius, and others), we simulate transmit power and channel plans and work out the number and placement of access points.

Written report in English
Findings, analysis, and recommended next steps are delivered as a report — useful for explaining the situation to management and for planning future expansion.

Prices assume a standard office floor. Fees vary with floor area, building conditions, and survey requirements; the final amount is confirmed in the quotation. Travel within central Tokyo is included; for other locations, travel costs are quoted separately.

Notes

Correspondence, quotations, and reports are handled in English, in writing. On site, our engineers work in Japanese.
We do not rent out survey equipment; Ekahau Sidekick 2 is used only by our own engineers.
If needed, we can follow the survey with AP configuration and installation.
