Your global IT team communicates with us in English by email and shared documents, and we handle all local coordination — building management, carriers, and vendors — in Japanese. Please note that our English support is text-based (email and documents); calls and meetings are conducted in Japanese. After go-live, we remain your local hands for troubleshooting, replacements, and expansion.

Installation & ongoing support
